Overview

The Innisfree Companies is a privately held real estate development company founded by David C. Irmer with offices in Sausalito, California. Innisfree, its predecessors, and related affiliates date from 1961.

For the past 54 years, David Irmer and The Innisfree Companies have brought a special vision to the building and development industry. Our success has been measured by our ability to meet the needs and economic realities of our rapidly changing world. We strive to create innovative developments to give the highest quality-of-life to those who live, work, and shop in our communities.

Today, The Innisfree Companies stands at the forefront of an industry that is tasked with meeting the rigorous demands of communities driven by technology, environment, and sustainability. This, combined with escalating costs and limited resources, makes urban revitalization a monumental challenge, but, when successful, it is a significant accomplishment.

Over the past 25 years, Innisfree has succeeded in finding creative solutions for eight major urban revitalization projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. From concept through construction, we have worked with local communities, municipal governments, agencies, and planning boards, along with our financial, design, and construction partners, to bring to fruition these award-winning achievements:

  • The Village, San Leandro, CA
  • Creekside Plaza Office Park, San Leandro, CA
  • On Broadway, Redwood City, CA
  • Sequoia Station, Redwood City, CA
  • Belmont Village Center, Belmont, CA
  • Point Tiburon, Tiburon, CA
  • Brickyard Landing, Point Richmond, CA
  • The Courtyard on Nob Hill, San Francisco, CA
